My projects

by em_admin 2022-08-31

As a full-time researcher, in the past years I could carry out research projects:

  1. on the mass media representation of sport within the ‘refugee crisis;’
  2. on sport clubs, which carried out special activities for refugees;
  3. on sport in refugee sites;
  4. and on the sport career of elite-athletes with a refugee background.

Below, you can find information on these projects.

About Me

My current projects focus on media, sport clubs, reception centres and elite-athletes.

I am interested in sharing ideas and cooperating with scientists and practitioners involved in these and other aspects of this topic.

Tell me your story

Within the project ‘forced migration and elite sport,’ I am collecting sport biographies of athletes with refugee background. If you are a refugee athlete and you want to support this project I would be grateful if you contact me.
